The built in pockets for ice help to keep you cool on a run or ride, or they can hold a few gels, phone, and nutrition. With 2 pockets, one on the bicep and one on the forearm, you can load in ice in a race situation to keep you cool. We often run with them on the inside of our arm to transfer cooling directly to your blood flow, but you can put them on the outside too! Price is for a pair. UPF50+ protection. Note: White Only. 

Material: 82% Polyester / 18% Elastane

Sizing: Small is for a 10" to 12" bicep. Medium is for 12" to 14" bicep. Large is for 14" to 17" bicep.
